Cancellation Policy

All customers obtain the right to cancel their service appointment. Cancellations are permitted with over the phone contact with one of our representatives at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If this requirement is met, immediate refund will be issued using the same method as payment.

Nuquart Oil’s right to cancel Policy

Nuquart Oil reserves the right to cancel any appointment deemed necessary due to an unavoidable situation occurring. The customer then has the choice to rebook their appointment or request a full refund.

Property Protection Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to have their vehicle unlocked for their servicing appointment. Nuquart Oil assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or obstru ction to personal property. Throughout appointment duration, if an unknown party creates damage or theft of property it is clearly a situation out of Nuquart oil’s control therefore we assume no responsibility.

Video Security Policy

Every service that Nuquart Oil provides will be video recorded and stored. This provides security for you and us. All customers need to understand and agree that there will be background footage of their personal property. All Nuquart Oil survailance footage is stored properly and safely to ensure it is never seen publicly unless requested by the customer.

Pre-Pay Policy

Nuquart Oil requires that you pay for your services when you book your appointment. No exceptions. Refunds can be issued with cancellation done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Appointment Alteration Policy

No alterations may be made to your appointment services on the day of your appointment. This ensures appointment arrival accuracy.

Varied Appointment Arrival Time Policy

Nuquart Oil Inc arrival times may vary from 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Ensure that you are available for these minimum requirements prior to and after your appoint. If we arrive 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment it does not constitute a late arrival showing on our behalf. We have multiple factors which may vary our arrival times. For example: weather, traffic, vehicle accidents etc.

Vehicle Skid Plate Policy

NuQuart Oil can not service your vehicle if your have any aftermarket parts (Skid Plates etc.) underneath your vehicle that will restrict the ability for us to perform the services. However if you remove any restricting aftermarket parts prior to our arrival we will be pleased to provide services to you.

Seasonal Policies

Winter Season

During the winter season there are regulation that must be followed on the day of your scheduled vehicle service appointment.

Spring, Summer and Fall

Unnecessary objects must be cleared away by at least 3 feet extending from your vehicle to prevent a hazardous or impassable route for our service technician. This will allow unobstructed access in order to service your vehicle appropriately.
